Cherry acquires bigger stake in Highlight Games

Cherry AB has exercised an option to increase its stake in UK-based Highlight Games Ltd by 12.5 percent for a GB 2.5 million cash consideration.

Following the acquisition, Cherry’s stake in the company amounts to 37.5 percent with the option to acquire a further 13.2 percent in two further tranches over the next 12 months.
