Delta Corp completes Gauss Networks amalgamation

According to a Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) notification, Delta Corp Limited has finalised its amalgamation with Gauss Networks Private Limited (see previous reports).

The amalgamation, approved by India’s National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and company shareholders, will benefit from the integration of operations and provide greater financial strength and flexibility in the market, the filing reads.

The amalgamation will see Indian online poker and rummy operator Adda52, currently the market leader, fall under the group umbrella.
