Easter Island debuts The London Heist slot

News on 5 Feb 2016

“The London Heist”, a new slot inspired by the Hatton Garden burglary in London in April 2015, was launched by Dutch games provider Easter Island Studios (EIS) this week.

A five-reel game offering 30-paylines, The London Heist is built in HTML5 and features bonuses and mini-games.

“We’ve taken a few liberties with the facts whilst capturing the elements which made it [the Hatton Garden Heist] a captivating story around the world,” commented Peter-Paul Feenstra, studio manager at Easter Island Studios.

As EIS awaits a decision on ITS license applications to the UK Gambling Commission and the Alderney Gaming Control Council, it Is building a portfolio that currently includes Wheel of Destiny, Professor Archibald and the Catacombs of Easter Island, Sprezzatura and The London Heist.

Wheel of Destiny is an innovative Asian folklore-inspired offer that presents, what the company describes as, the worlds first 360 wheel in which five reels present in a circular layout. The centre reel serves as the axis on which the wheel turns.

This game boasts 35 winlines in all directions, a flipping centre reel, lighting winlines, a fully 3D animated bonus game, Scatters, Multipliers, trembling reel and reel skip features.

Sprezzatura looks to be an amusing culinary-war themed game led by the grumpy, yet ambitious Chef Leonardo who faces an elite culinary taskforce comprising animated vegetables whose mission is to prevent landing in the cooking pot at all costs.

Sprezzatura is a 5-reel, 30-payline slot offering two separate Click-Me side games, a Jumping Wild feature and Scatter Jar symbols.

Last but not least, Professor Archibald and the Catacombs of Easter Island take players on a mystery-filled adventure to discover deeply-hidden riches.

This 3D cinematic Indiana-Jones-esque offer is a 50-reel, 20-payline game offering an expanding Wild feature, Scatter Free Spins and a Double-Up Chance Game spread across three Easter Island 3D Game Environments.

Further information on EIS is scarce, however, a promo vid can be watched here:
