The veteran online gambling information and forum portal Casinomeister.com has released its “naughty and nice” annual industry awards showcasing the very best…and the very worst….that the online casino sector has to offer as nominated by the player community.
VideoSlots.com took the high honours as the “Best Casino of 2015”, with Casinomeister founder and owner Bryan Bailey commenting:
“This relatively new casino has been getting rave reviews from Casinomeister’s forum members. It made the shortlist with four of its competitors and was voted Best Casino by the Casinomeister Advisory Group. VideoSlots is one of the few casinos that allow players to select not only their deposit limits, but the limit one can place on a spin.”
32Red plc took the honours for “The Best Casino Group of 2015” and remains a consistent presence on the award list by maintaining high standards year after year; as Bailey notes, “They are still the casino powerhouse: extraordinary customer service, award winning casino management, and they will always do the right thing whenever there is any player issue. They have over a decade of exceptional service, experience, transparency, and they are as solid as a rock…”.
Best New Casino of 2015 was given to Slotsmillion.com, with the citation: “These guys not only jumped into the industry feet first with a solid “thump”, but they are the leader in technological innovations in this industry. They have developed a virtual casino via the Oculus Rift – which is absolutely mind-blowing.”
On the negative side of the balance sheet, unprofessional and in some cases downright dishonest conduct continues to frustrate and anger players and those who want to see the industry succeed.
The Casinomeister awards list showcases some of the worst in critical categories like Worst Customer Service, Worst Casino, Worst Player Experience, Biggest Disappointment of 2015, Head in the Sand Award, Stupid Casino Tricks and Evil Player Award.
