White label casino and betting services provider Viral Interactive has launched its “Free Spin Shop” feature aimed at upping player engagement and retention.

“The shop provides a stronger engagement and retention tool, which is all configurable from the back office, coupled with a presentation shopping style UI that is familiar with the largest percentage of the online population,” Daniel Eriksson, chief executive officer of Viral, explained.

LuckyCasino is the first to go-live with the Free Spin Shop feature.
