Genera undergoes organisational realignment

Swedish lottery supplier Genera has appointed Jonas Blomqvist as chief executive officer to support the company’s expansion into new digital business areas.

Existing chief executive officer and co-founder Rickard Stromberg will move into the role of business development director replacing Maria Sandellwho leaves the company next month.

“Genera is well positioned in the marketplace and I feel proud to have been asked to lead the company into a new digital era. Together we will continue executing on our innovation and growth strategy supported by the new structure,” Blomqvist said.
