Jackpot winner in generous donation to hurricane relief

Online casino WinADay reports that a jackpot winner earlier this month plans to donate some of his windfall to hurricane relief in the Caribbean islands.

Player JoseP bucked the traditional Friday the Thirteenth bad luck superstition earlier this month when he hit a $277,482 jackpot playing WinADay’s Pyramid Plunder slot, and told casino management that he plans to donate to Puerto Rico hurricane relief efforts before paying off debts and taking a holiday.

His win was the biggest progressive jackpot win yet at the online casino.

“I’ll be donating to hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico,” the winner said. “I’ll pay off my bills and my mother’s bills. And I always wanted to visit Japan and South Korea so now is the time for that!”

Jose has been playing at WinADay for more than six years. Like most players, he wins periodically but has never won anywhere near this much on an online slot machine.

WinADay Casino, which celebrated its ninth anniversary this summer, has 34 unique proprietary slots as well as roulette, Keno, 20 penny slots and 10 video poker games for a total of 77 online casino games.
