Ladbrokes Coral strengthens board

Ladbrokes Coral Group plc has appointed Annemarie Durbin as a non-executive Board Director with immediate effect.

Durbin, a qualified lawyer with over two decades of international banking experience, will also take up membership of the Audit, Remuneration, Social Responsibility and Nomination Committees with effect from March 1, 2017.

She is a non-executive director of WHSmith Plc and Santander UK plc as well as Chair of the Financial Conduct Authority’s Listing Authority Advisory Panel.

John Kelly, chairman of Ladbrokes Coral Group, commenting on the appointment, said: “With the completion of the merger and the creation of Ladbrokes Coral, we have set out in creating a Board with the relevant experience and expertise to help us deliver the many opportunities we see for this business.
