New sports betting solution for Latin American firms

Sports betting software supplier SBTech has signed exclusive agreements to provide two of Latin America’s biggest regulated operators with its award-winning omni-channel sports betting solution.

The first will see Promotora Latinoamericana de Entretenimiento (PLE) equipped with the supplier’s retail products through its Mexican licence. Founded in 2005, PLE runs sports betting facilities in land-based casinos, restaurants, bars, and hotels in over 80 locations, enjoying 30 percent share of the market.

In the second, Argentina’s largest operator, Spingol, and its B2B business, Spin Entertainment, will receive a state-of-the-art online platform that includes SBTech’s flagship in-play product, offering more than 25,000 monthly events.

The deal also includes the supplier’s Fast Market offering, which allows users to bet on what will happen in the next minute of a sports event and watch the results settled immediately, cash out facilities, and live streaming.

Licensed in Missiones, northeast Argentina, Spin Entertainment and its consumer-facing brand Spingol work across Latin America, with the latter being an official sponsor of the Copa America football tournament.

PLE general manager Gustavo Ysmail and Spin Entertainment CEO Juan Machinandiarena said that SBTech modern products would enable them to differentiate their offerings in a competitive and widening market, providing customers with more markets, faster customer service, and increased entertainment.
