A notification from the Nevada Gaming Commission to all licensees and other interested parties requests comments on the State’s move towards entering into interstate agreements for interactive gaming.

Section 6 of Nevada Assembly Bill 114 from the 2013 Legislative Session requires the Gaming Commission to adopt regulations authorizing the Governor of Nevada to enter into agreements with other states or agencies and to agree potential revenue sharing arrangements derived from interstate interactive gaming.

Those interested in having their say are invited to file comments via mail, fax or e-mail with the Commission’s Executive Secretary Sally Elloyan by the April 19, 2013 deadline.

The original request for comment can be accessed at: http://gaming.nv.gov/modules/showdocument.aspx?documentid=7692
