PAGCOR puts POGO platform out on tender

The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) is seeking expressions of interest for the development, management and operation of its Philippines Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO) intermediary platform for the next 10-years which it will conduct via a bidding process.

According to the tender document, PAGCOR intends to apply a sum of P6 billion per annum be paid to the winning bidder per annum for a 10-year-term. PAGCOR said it will be paying the consultant on every billing period, particularly every three months commencing from the date of actual project implementation, ten percent of the net revenue earned by PAGCOR from POGO within the billing period.

PAGCOR is looking to launch the platform within 2017 and requests eligibility applications be submitted on or before June 20, 2017.
