Playtech in casino management deal with Caesars

News on 13 Jun 2017

Playtech has entered into a significant deal with Caesars Entertainment EMEA in the UK market.

A casino management system agreement covers eight U.K. properties, including the Empire Casino in central London, in which Playtech subsidiary IGS will replace legacy technology with its proprietary Neon Enterprise system allowing the casino group complete control across its entire operation and its U.K. estate.

Caesars’ primary driver behind changing its existing technology was two-fold: deploy Neon’s player tracking features estate-wide while also making the most of the Anti-Money-Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence controls.

“We’re committed to the expansion of Neon Enterprise across the U.K. and bringing Caesars Entertainment EMEA on board cements our position as leaders in the market,” Martin Sykes, Managing Director of IGS, said.
