Seaniemac to acquire Apollo Betting online

Irish-based, US-listed online gaming operator SeanieMac International Ltd has entered into a material definitive agreement for the acquisition of Apollo Betting and Gaming Ltd’s UK online gambling and betting business for a total consideration of $2,000,000.

SeanieMac will reportedly migrate the acquired business onto a new operating platform.
