Sky Bet and Leeds United tie up

Sky Bet has been named Leeds United’s Official Betting and Gaming Partner for the 2013/2014 season.

Sky Bet will deliver the matchday betting operation and while featuring strongly across all club digital marketing and broadcasting platforms.  Additionally, it will enjoy high profile TV branding at the stadium and extensive engagement opportunities with the club’s fan-base and advertising across all matchday media and on the club’s own LUTV channel.

Leeds United Managing Director David Haigh said the Club is “delighted to welcome Sky Bet to its Leeds United Commercial Partners programme”.

Further terms of the deal will see the West Stand at the Elland Road Stadium heavily Sky Bet-branded, the first time all four stands have been sponsored at the same time.

Richard Flint, managing director at Sky Bet promises fans quality betting content using their knowledge and passion for the Club along with exclusive markets that it says fans will be unlikely to find on other betting sites or bookmakers.  “This is the first football club Sky Bet has ever partnered with and it’s a fantastic opportunity for two Leeds-based companies to work together to provide fans with up-to-date market options and exclusive promotions,” he said.
