SoftSwiss adds new customer retention tool

Online casino platform provider SoftSwiss has integrated new third party gadget Twilio to its platform.

The new addition will assist its operators in reducing user attrition rates and expand player retention capabilities by enabling player verification via SMS confirmation, SoftSwiss said.

In addition, the tool enhances duplicate account detection through registered phone numbers, and can be used to send out planned or ad hoc marketing campaigns as text messages directly to players’ mobile devices.
