William Hill appoints new chair of Audit and Risk Management committee

William Hill PLC has appointed Robin Terrell as Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee to replace outgoing David Lowden from March 4, 2019.

Terrell, a Chartered Accountant, has been a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee since 2017.
