William Hill to sponsor Southhampton soccer

Top British bookmaker William Hill plc has inked a deal making it the official betting partner for the Southampton football club

Southampton FC chief executive officer Gareth Rogers said Tuesday the agreement constituted a major step forward for the commercial growth of the club, adding:

“We are constantly looking to partner with businesses at the forefront of their industry and William Hill has long established itself as not only Britain’s biggest bookmaker but one of world’s leading gaming companies.”
