Scientific Games subsidiary Williams Interactive LLC confirmed its exit from the B2C real-money gaming business with the closure of its JackpotParty.com property and the migration of players to SlotsMagic.com, a new casino specifically built for JackpotParty.com players on the SkillOnNet platform.

SkillOnNet platforms have been integrated with the Williams Interactive Remote Game Server allowing SkillOnNet players access to WMS and Barcrest online slot games on both desktop and mobile devices.

Williams Interactive said it will focus its real-money iGaming efforts on the publishing and distribution of interactive casino gaming products going forward.

Orrin J. Edidin, Group Chief Executive for Williams Interactive, said: “After four years operating the award-winning JackpotParty.com online casino, Williams Interactive is now focusing its efforts and resources on the best-in-class digital distribution of our unrivaled content library of casino games. As we make this important step forward in our company’s journey to provide the world’s most compelling iGaming experiences, we have great confidence that SkillOnNet is the perfect partner to continue delivering the high-end player experience for which JackpotParty.com is known.”

‘’We are proud to be working with Williams Interactive on a project of such magnitude for our first real foray into the UK market,” added Andy Andrew, Business Development Manager for SkillOnNet.

“SkillOnNet will offer the same classic WMS slots JackpotParty.com players have come to love, plus our suite of exclusive 3D slots and games from many other popular slot providers. Acquiring the activity of JackpotParty.com will put SkillOnNet in position to become a serious player in the very competitive UK market.”
