I won $3000. They lied and said I took a bonus but yet my history showed no bonus.when I asked for proof of me taking a bonus I was given the run around. When I gave them all the evidence I had including an email stating that there system didn’t catch the bonus that I supposedly took they canceled my account. 100e deposit and 100e bonus and over 7000e of wagerings. After those I tried to withdraw 1000e,1254e and 2000e.
All were cancelled and money gone. Only the 100 e that I deposited is shown. Will see will if they ever return it…

When you win they will ask you for documents, like most casinos, and that is to make sure you are the one that won and not claiming it for someone else…..However..they then will ask you for sensitive information. Like a paystub in full, if you own a company they want you to send in documents supporting the shares, how much and where they are deposited to….what got me was this one: if you have received an inheritance a copy of the executors letter showing you as the beneficiary and the amount, and a copy of a bank statement showing the funds being received from the executors account.
If anyone is that gullably to send them this information, that is crazy.
They do not pay when you request a withdrawal. They require a minimum dollar value to qualify for withdrawal and when you reach it they refuse to accept your credentials to receive your money. Then cancel your withdrawal.

Hi , I foolishly deposited $50 for abit of fun on the slots April 2020.
They doubled this amount to $100 as an opening bonus.
I had some small success and tried to withdraw the money , was shocked that I had to turnover $3500 before I could withdraw.
