So far so good EXCEPT for timely replies to emails or chat which is boasted to be open 24/7. I have two messages in chat sent several hours apart that haven’t been acknowledged yet. I was trying to ask about the KYC (Know your customer) requirements for this casino because navigating the site is difficult and I couldn’t find much as far as a verification form or even the window of withdrawal timeframes which I’ve just read thru this review site seems to be 7 days or longer. I honestly like everything about this casino except for one thing, which is getting paid in a timely (even going by their stated 7 day standard payout time).
I like the games and many of them seem to pay pretty decently and more often than a lot of casinos I’ve tried…and I’ve tried a good number of them.
But the main factors of any casino for me are pretty simple;
1) Is it possible to win (Yes)
2) Will they pay me my winnings (I don’t know yet)
3) Will they pay me my winnings in a timely manner according to their stated standards (Apparently not)
When I need to pay someone online with bitcoin, it takes me the outside of 20 minutes from the time I say that I am going to send the bitcoin. Copying and pasting the bitcoin address has never taken me 7 days to begin with, although I’m sure they are doing more transactions than I am, but I waited the 7 days without complaint. This is now about to be day 11.
When I consider that this is for a meager payment of $50, it makes me frankly hesitant to deposit very often or very large amounts because I can’t imagine how long of a wait it would be to attempt to cash out an actual decent amount of money.
And, no, this has nothing to do with me verifying my identity or depositing first to make sure that…I dont know what…to make sure I can give them money? The documents should verify all my information, but that is an entirely different rant. One last thing…customer service is practically non-existent. The one time I was able to reach a representative in chat, I had to wait for about 45 minutes and when someone finally responded to me, it was with a copy and pasted response and no personal experience what so ever.

I’d like to receive some feedback about my payout that’s actually 18 business days over due now.
One agent tells me that they told the financial department to proceed with my payment, the next agent tells me that he’s expediting my payment and then the last agent tells me that they cant process my payment until they receive my security verification form. Which I been submitted that on September 16th and I showed him proof of that. Now i can’t even get one reply to my emails I’m sending their casino.

I requested to pay out August 30th today is September 14th and I’m still waiting today I was told that there’s been a delay they’ve escalated it well yeah whatever. Well I signed up a few days ago. I used all the free spins I got awarded and after that my balance was £900. I was so happy with my win but when I woke up this morning my balance was on £50! I deposited using a promo. Since I deposited I qualified for the 5 daily spins for a year. Wich is advertised as win up to $18,250 a year. Well within about a week I managed to grind the winnings off of those 5 spins thru the playthru. I was able to do this 3 times. So I had 3 different cashouts for $50. After about 7 days I sent them a message after my daily spins dissappeared. Mind you I still havent been paid. The reply I received was that promos were halted while a payout is in the process. Now if you request a payout then you dont get your spins. So how do you make $18,250 in a year if you ask for your winnings? Also in their terms it states that winnings left in your account for 30 will be lost. Ok so you cant cash out you cant keep your winnings in there until the year is up. Now I finally got my first payout after 10-14 days or so. A few days later I checked and my other 2 was cancelled. I asked why and they said I made a mistake on my BTC address. “Copied it straight off of Coinbase.” So as you see they never intended to honor the promo that they advertise.
