October 3rd I’d played in Europa casino start with free chip of the amount of $10 and I have a lucky the $10 become over $1000 I tried to withdraw some amount but I can’t so I contacted to chat support and the chat support stated the maximum cashable amount is $100 so my $1000 will become $100 because I am done the wagering requirments.
So I’d start playing my $100 real cash the chat support confirmed the winning of this amount is cashable and no more wagering required. And this amount has a winning and the maximum win is about $3,500 so I continued playing when my money is $2,200 I decide to cash out $300 but I can’t the chat support again told me I need to deposit to make a withdrawal so I make my first deposit using muchbetter so I can proceed my withdrawal but it was in pending, and the next day I’m played again with my balance of almost $2000 and during the time I’d played suddenly the slot game I played has an error insufficient funds and I noticed my funds is missing. I saw someone won money on facebook and she was able to draw her winnings. I think it was false advertising.
I deposited $2300 in EuropaCasino and soon won back about $9650 but after trying to withdraw my money, it was from one excuse to the other. They even went as far as saying they had already paid me and removed the money from my account then requesting I funded the account. After winning R29 000.00 they had an issue with pay out. I have send in docs as they requested since Dec 2018. Then I had to take pics of docs as they say pdf is not excepted. Got email that stated that everything is sorted only proof of address. Send them 5 times proof of address. Then they wanted proof of deposit. Seriously now. Why would that matter. Any way send that as well. Still they needed more and more info. Then received email that I can only withdraw R1550.00. Because I did not comply with one of their rules. I asked them for the rule I did not comply with. A few weeks later and still no answer. The money dissapeared from my account only R1550 was left. I can not even withdraw that shows my account is blocked…..

I deposited R500 and got a bonus of R500, I again deposited R300 and received a bonus of R180. However, i subsequently had R1200 winnings which I could not withdraw as I had to wager my winnings by keeping playing because I still had R180 bonus.

I also transferred money to the account and played for a while and then my account was blocked as apparently i put the incorrect password in 3 times. When I tried to fix it, it said my email does not exist. I have emailed support a few times with no reply. I have my own money lying in the account and they do not get back to me!
No problem making deposits. I won some money, made a withdrawal all good. 4days later when I followed up they said I had spent it on play??????? I don’t think so!
when you deposit they will force “bonus” on you and you can’t withdraw that money and will tell you to x20 times before you can withdraw that, which is impossible!!!
The games at Europa are interesting and dirrerent. I had built up my winnings and withdrew $8800.00. They say on their website it will take 4 days to process it, but after day 4 they asked me for a copy of my cards, which I did (blanked out of course). 2 days after that they declined it, as my account had my name shortened, and wasnt the same as on my cards. They fixed that issue, now it is day 8 and emails are going unanswered.
I won 2.1 million euros here which as I was playing in aud at the time of win would equal a little over 3million the casino hasn’t or won’t acknowledge this and also will only pay it in 10k per month there four it will take them roughly 9years to pay me Wat a joke
That is a joke, but it does say on their website that they can only pay out 10K per month. Thats why I dont bother with their huge jackpots. Have they been stalling you?
Before depositing contact support and ask them to not add any bonuses to all of your deposits unless you ask otherwise then you will have no problems with withdrawing. I have won approx $20.000 and all my withdrawals have been processed within 7 days I have never had an issue once the bonuses were stopped

This site is an absolute scam & you have no way of ever getting the money that you have won. They say that any bonus money is not paid but there is no way of seeing the bonus money as opposed to what you have invested. Stay away from this site
Have had no issues with this casino – won a tidy sum of a few thousand earlier this year and payout was processed within a week. Yes, had to provide all ID docs beforehand.. But no issues whatsoever once this was done.
I requested a withdrawl of $1000 that i had won. It was only processed 5 days after i requested the withdrawal. I was then informed by e-mail that the withdrawal had been processed on the 04 August 2014 and i was given a reference number. 4 days later, when i had still not received the funds, i contacted support and no response…so, i logged onto the casino (as if i was going to play) and lo and behold, a consultant came online – so, i queried my withdrawal…only to be told that it would take up to 14 business days from the date that it was processed…so, i am waiting.
