As I checked out the offering I noticed that all the Blackjack games had a betting range of $1 to $300 a hand which is quite a range and caters to every enthusiast’s pocket. The blackjack games are high quality with a Dealer’s voiceover to lend the game a lifelike feel, I really had a great time playing.
Next I moved on to the Roulette tables and once again these are superb, the graphics are amazing and the game play realistic and smooth. I was on a role for the first 10 spins but thereafter my luck ceased and I made a hasty retreat back to the casino lobby.
Next I moved on to the Video Poker machines, and while Del Rio has a reasonable number of Video Poker games, the selection is not as large as at some other casinos. I chose to play Aces and Faces Video Poker and in my third hand held a Straight Flush…earning me $250! Yeah! The subsequent hands were not as profitable but were definitely a lot of fun and after about half an hour I moved on to the Slots offering.
Again, Casino Del Rio does not have the biggest offering of Slots on the net but they still have a range including 3 and 5 reels, Multi-line, Video and Bonus feature slots. My latest favorite is Queen of the Pyramids which is an Egyptian themed Progressive slot that really is great to play and has a lot of action (not to mention the potential to win huge sums of the pharaoh’s money!). Unfortunately though I lost more than I won on this game and so I moved on and played Diamond Valley and Chinese Kitchen, also with not much luck but a lot of fun!
I then moved on to the Bonus Games and played Alchemist’s lab and Goblin’s cave which were really entertaining and a little kinder on the pocket.
Finally with $100 left in my bank balance I decided to cash in. Withdrawal requests are handled through the cashier with a number of withdrawal options available, I chose to have my cash refunded to my Neteller account as this is the quickest method. Withdrawals can stay in the pending cycle for up to five days before being processed which is not great although one can probably live with that.

The Verdict
All in all Casino Del Rio is an attractive casino that offers a good player experience and some great table games and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. While the customer support could do with improvement, there is not really anything bad to say about this casino and I’m sure you’ll enjoy your time here as much as I did.

Support staff offers nothing in terms of real help and all you end up doing is waiting and you don’t end up playing nearly as much here because you never know when you’ll be able to cash out. The bonuses here are just ok and even then, you can’t use them for any table games. Most bonuses here are spins and to do with slots
Stay away
This casino is one of the worst online casinos I have ever played at, I received a bonus of R750 and I won over R40 000 I was told I need to wager R31500 and after doing this I still could not make a withdrawal. When I queried this was told I still need to wager so in actual fact I will never be able to draw my winnings as the wagering just keeps going up. Will not deposit at this casino again.
I would strongly advise against this site, they are thieves. I had played on here for a couple of years and one day while playing a game I hit a bonus. The game crashed during the bonus, when I contacted online support they suggest I log out and log back in. I did just that. When I logged back in to my horror my balance was $100.00 lower. Money had magically disappeared from my account. When I insisted they check my history the insisted that I had been playing offline, This was not the case. I was straight up robbed. To add insult to injury I never was able to cash in on the bonus that had crashed because tech support was unable to restore it. I do not trust this casino . I believe that in the event that you win a large sum of money they can at any moment suggest that it was not recorded on their system. That’s what happened to me. The $100 was a piddly amount of money but the principal was astronomical. If you play here just know that when they offer you a bonus they forget to tell you that in order to withdraw you need to wager the bonus and deposit 12 times. So in other words if you deposit $200 they’ll give you a 50% bonus of $100….. Great , right ? No not really , because in order for you to make any kind of withdrawl you need to wager $3600.00…… hahaha . So many other super legit sites you really don’t want to deal with this one.
This casino is a disgrace, I originally tried to deposit with my credit card which was declined; as soon as they saw me trying to make a deposit the operators were all over me offering different bonuses, in the end I was given a 200% bonus for my deposit and over €100 "free" on top. Unfortunately after wagering close to €3k I was still ineligable to make a withdrawal as the money I had been wagering was "bonus money". I had already asked numerous questions to the operators but it was of course all lies. The only negative thing is waiting 4 business days before a cashout is processed, but that is the case in every playtech casino. The support is very helpful too. As long as Casino del Rio continues this way, I will remain a loyal player there.
Worst casino ever. I deposited 300$ they gave me 100$ bonus.I won 2000$ playing roulette.When i wanted to withdraw the money they took all my money and told me that i played the bonus at roulette.
Never make a mistake and play at this casino. I chatted live with an operator before depositing any money, and he offered me a 225% matchup bonus by usung Alternative Methods (no checks or debit cards). Before accepting his offer, I asked him about wagering requirements, and he said, “8 times bonus plus deposit, which would amount to $2800.” I asked him if the bonus is cashable after wagering requirements, and he replied, “yes, it is withdrawable”. I accepted the offer and deposited $100. I received $225 in bonuses. After I completed the wagering requirements ($2800), I was unable to withdraw. My balance at that moment was $390. I went to chat live again, and I asked the operator (a new one this time) why I cannot withdraw. He replied, “you have to wager bonus plus deposit 20 times, which would amoun to $6500.” So I went back to play, saying to myself that the first operator must be new or uninformed. After I completed the wagering requirements ($6500), I was unable again to withdraw one cent. My balance at that moment was $225 (the total amount of the bonus I received!). So instead of chatting again with idiots, I wrote an e-mail to Customer Support, and here was their reply, “…all play bonus credits are for wagering purposes only and cannot be cashed out. Upon a withdrawal request, any amount up to the equivalent value of the play bonus will be deducted from your play balance or winnings prior to settlement.” A bunch of crooks, don’t you agree?
I would avoid this casino along with so many others. I’m a big gamer, wager thousands every month in different casinos online. I don’t think any of them are above some kind of shady operations but Del Rio straight up ripped me off. In Gold Rally video slot I hit the bonus round, got to pick off the map five times and won over $1100. Upon returning to the game, it said I had won only $740. The game history was totally wrong too. It indicated I had selected 6 times from the bonus treasure map, four times of which said were $80 prizes. I sent in the game codes and detailed letter but they would not admit fault in their game. Needless to say, they lost this big spender and anyone else I can direct away from them.
