I withdraw 765 as a check,they kept saying they recommend bank wire. Then I gave them all the documents and they keep saying it’s missing documents. So I told them just give me my check but they keep email me to send me a picture of my credit card. This been gonna on 6 weeks now. I’m done with them. But I’m getting a lawyer involved because I sent money with them,these comments will help my case,wish I would have read the reviews first.
I tried to cash out $500 on two different occasions. Not only did the verification process make it extremely difficult to get through the support people were rude and not helpful at all. I had provided all requested verification and after 10 days of waiting I got a “withdrawal denied” email . It doesn’t matter how long you wait chances are you won’t see any return. I have been playing this casino on and off for eight years . I have documentation from eight years ago showing same problem. I played and won $250, it was my first time and last time to play at cool cat casino. I cashed out on June 4th, 2019 and because it was my first cash out I was promised a “quick” withdrawal within 10-14 days….. After non stop emails back and forth with their “finance” dept who consists of one lady, the withdrawal finally reached my account on July 10th, 2019. I won $250, however, I only received $189, because I was charged a total of $61 for the wire fee! So if you win $100, after they take $61 in wire fees, you’ll receive a whopping $39 in payout
On one $1,500 at coolcat requested it withdrawal it was approved in 7 days.. I thought great.. but then the problems began they started out with saying my name didn’t match my bank account and then once that was corrected I waited several more weeks and didn’t hear nothing from them.. so then I started talking to them and chat on the website and got the runaround even further and eventually in the end they said my bank would not accept International checks.. which is totally bogus because I have deposited checks from other casinos in my bank before.
I could go on about this casino about the good points and the horrible points but the only really important point to consider is if you get lucky enough to win at their casino can you cash out your winnings? And in my case the answer is no. After dumping in a couple thousand dollars in losses I got lucky and hit for a few hundred dollars on two different slots. So I decided I wanted to withdrawal $500. After making me jump through hoops and giving me a run around for a couple of weeks they just went and locked me out of my account and kept my $637. Maybe it was a mistake but I can get no response from them after 4 days of trying. So if being able to get your money back is important to you, you might want to gamble elsewhere.

Yes I requested a payout on 11/14/18 and it was approved, but after over a month was told my bank all of a sudden was no longer on approved list. I checked 02/26/19, today, and they said for me to change banks told them if they could just put the money back onto my account. hope this helps others have a good year ahead.
