I have been trying to withdraw my winnings of $500.00 for two weeks now. I have sent all necessary documents. guess what? everytime I log-in to my account the money i'm trying to withraw is back on my account. Not exactly sure how to get my money back from them.. Im this close to claim a dispute.
I have also been given the run around at Cool Cat casino. I have 5 approved payouts dating as far back as Nov 9th and I have 2 pending payouts. I have been told everytime I go on live chat with Damion that my winnings will be sent to my quick tender account next week or middle of next week. I have not seen a dime of my winnings. I have sent emails to coolcat casino over 10 times about my 800 withdrawl over the last 6 weeks. All I get is a response that I will hear back within 1 business day on why I have not recieved my withdrawl. Submitted a legitamate withdrawal request at Cool Cat Casino for $200 (minus the bonus) amount and have 1) been told by Steve that all my docs are in, withdrawal would be processed 10 days from submission 10/13. Then…on 11/13 was told by DINO all my winnings were void due to not obeying the rules (had cashed in 2 chips AFTER the deposit/withdrawal), then 11/30 was told be Steve my withdrawal was being processed. i was approved for a 510 dollar withdrawl on 11/15 and i have not seen any of this, i keep asking customer support and they always tell me next week ( i have been told next week 3 times) i am getting nervous that i may never see this

This week I am told that due to the holiday, it wouldn't be sent this week. Hopefully, next week. It is now over a month since my withdrawal was approved. Once that is sent (if ever). I will have to go through the same process again. I have never been so frustrated in my life. I will post again to update my progress.

OK people this is how this casino works. Be sure to read all of their rules in advance and follow them. I won 4000 on Aug 28th. Today is October 28th and the first check they sent me for 1500 has finally cleared and I have the cash. I will received my next check tomorrow for 1200 and in another month my third for 1200. The process is long and it is frustrating but there is light at the end of the tunnel if you play within their guidelines. I can only see it as a blessing I turned 30 dollars into 4000. Patience people.
The 1st of October I won $1000, stupid me played back $500, requested the withdraw and as of today, you guessed it, no money. I have sent emails, spoke with Nathan at Cool Cat and he comes up with all this garbage about how they have to be really careful about how withdraws are done.
