Mr Ringo Casino Review

Licensed in Malta and established in 2013, Mr Ringo Casino is open to most countries around the world. The only countries that are restricted from playing here include the US, UK, France, Greece and the Netherlands.

As long as you’re not from these places, you’ll be able to take advantage of a pretty large gaming section and a live casino. Games are offered by multiple software providers, including Edict, Microgaming, NextGen Gaming, NetEnt, Play’n GO and Rabcat. This variety of software providers offers an interesting mix of games and graphical styles.

The promotions at this casino are a mixed bag since the welcome bonus features low wagering requirements. However, you can’t earn much from this bonus nor will you find many promotions overall. We’ll discuss this in detail next along with everything you can expect from Mr Ringo in terms of games, banking and customer service.

Mr Ringo Casino Promotions

The welcome bonus here is a 100% match on your first deposit up to €100. The minimum that you have to deposit to take advantage of this offer is €20.

Obviously the max amount isn’t very much and won’t satisfy high rollers or anybody else seeking a large welcome bonus. However, one great thing about Mr Ringo’s bonus is that its wagering requirements are only 35x. The industry standard is 40x, which means that you’re getting a slightly better deal from this casino.

One aspect that I think could be improved upon at Mr Ringo is the volume of promotions. At the time of this writing, the only promotions I see include a 20% Monday Bonus and a 20% Happy Hour Bonus.

The Monday bonus is just a 20% match up to €50 on any deposit “made into an emptied account on Monday.” I’m assuming this means that unless your account is completely drained, you won’t even get the tiny 20% match.

The 20% Happy Hour deal seems a little better because you receive a 20% match on deposits made any day between 7pm and 9pm GMT. Unfortunately, this deal isn’t quite enough to save what’s an overall weak selection of promos, both in terms of size and volume.

Loyalty Rewards

I actually had to google this because I couldn’t find it listed anywhere on the main page, but Mr Ringo does offer a VIP program. Apparently, you have to contact vip@mrringo.com to find out about getting yourself into the program. There are four levels in this loyalty plan, including Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

All four levels are eligible for the following rewards: better odds, higher betting limits and higher payouts. The main difference between each status is the size of the New VIP Bonus that players receive, including €30 (Bronze), €50 (Silver), €100 (Gold) and €200 (Platinum).

Overall, I don’t see a lot of distance between Bronze and Platinum players, and the mention of “better odds” for VIP players seems a little weird. But I at least give Mr Ringo credit for rewarding loyal players who inquire about the program.

Mr Ringo Casino Games

The biggest reason to play at Mr Ringo is their large selection of games including over 200 slots. Some of these slots include Avalon, Break Away, Dragon Ship, Enchanted Crystals, Evolution, Frankenstein, Golden Dragon, Ghost Pirates, Gonzo’s Quest, Hellboy, Hitman, Scarface, Steam Tower and Thunderstruck.

You’ll also find over a dozen table games here, such as Beat Me, Casino Stud, European roulette, Red Dog, Pai Gow, pontoon, single deck blackjack and Spin Party.

The live casino is a pretty big draw here as you can enjoy baccarat, blackjack and roulette. The tables are listed under various names like “Blackjack Multiplayer” and “Baccarat High Roller,” but these are basically just your standard live dealer tables. Even still, it’s nice to have the live casino option wherever you do your gaming.

One more section to look for here is the sports betting area. You may only be at Mr Ringo for the casino, but if you’re into sports betting at all, note that they offer lots of different lines.
Download and Registration

Mr Ringo is an instant play casino, so you don’t have to download anything before playing. You can also play here through your Android and iOS devices, which is nice since most people play through their smartphones/tablets these days.

Registration takes place in three short sections, including Username & Password, Personal Information and Contact Information. This is pretty much like any other online casino, but I thought the 3 sections made creating an account seem a little less daunting.

Banking Options

You’ll find a lot of banking methods at Mr Ringo when making both deposits and withdrawals. Your deposit options are Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, Skrill, Trustly, Sofort, PaySafe, EcoPayz, eKonto, POLi and Moneta. Withdrawal options include Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, Skrill, EcoPayz, Neteller and bank transfer. Overall, this is more deposit/withdrawal choices than you’ll find at the vast majority of other casinos.

Customer Service

You can contact Mr Ringo support through email and live chat. One problem with support here, though, is that the office is only open from 10:00am to 6:00pm. In comparison to most online casinos, this is a rather small window to use live chat, which is preferred by many players. You can also browse through the FAQ section to see if your question is answered here.

Verdict

The things to really like about Mr Ringo Casino include their large variety of games and banking methods, along with low wagering requirements on the welcome bonus. However, if you’re a bonus hunter, you may be disappointed with the low number of promotions, which aren’t that great to begin with. The loyalty program doesn’t impress me much either, but it at least gives low rollers a chance to earn nice prizes. In the end, whether or not you play here will depend upon how much you value a good game selection over frequent promos.
