Please allow me to share with you my experience. A real experience. I have played at just about every online casino allowing US players and my experience with Raging Bull stands out from them.

I had a new account and had deposited 3x over about a month or so. Raging Bull contacted me and wanted me to try VIP status and were set to change my account status two days from then. I was actually moderately excited. I play a lot. More than I should. But they were taking steps to earn more of my business, so it seemed like a good start to our relationship.

Then I deposited again and ran into an issue. Their new game, Dr. Winmore did not pay me out on what was 100% a win, and even shadier.. it was a win with a high bet ($25) that could have cascaded into over $200. Four blocks of the third highest ranking symbol (light bulbs) were touching each-other in a square pattern, so they should have disappeared and then more blocks would have fallen down with a 2x multiplier– there were two more sets of 3 blocks below, so this was about a 50% chance of making much more than the $67.50 that the initial win would have paid.

I immediately contacted their support, showed them the screenshots and provided them the exact time stamp. After some apologizing and waiting around, they said I should get back to them on this. I told the lady they needed to get back to *me* on this, so she agreed and said they would email me.

Twenty four hours later they hadn’t reached out so I got in touch with them. Another hour of waiting around they tell me they can’t find any history of $25 bets, despite seeing the screen shot with a dozen of such bets that had time stamps/dates. They then asked for the game number– clearly this wasn’t looked into the previous day when they were wasting my time, nor did they ask me to provide it at that time. So I didn’t have the game #, but they said I could find it in my player history. Wrong. The player history went back like 20 plays from a different game and I could not locate it.

Raging bull customer support then insinuates that I am lying because I do not have the game #.. despite the exact time/date/screenshot/record of me reaching out to their support at the time of the incident the previous day. They eventually go on to tell me they will offer me a $25 credit. I tell them that’s not right/fair, because there is proof that the initial win alone is worth nearly $70. Thinking to myself about customer retention, their offer to make me a VIP, the amount I had already spent with them, and the fact that any credit they give me would have a high play through, their $25 offer and attitude shown towards me was an insult. It’s baffling that they don’t understand the value of customer retention and customer experience.

Raging Bull went from “sorry about this,” to “we will make this right just let us to get back to you,” to /radio silence and then in the end, after not getting back to me, telling me “you’re full of it.”

Terrible customer service and a terrible casino. I had them delete my account. That’s one thing that they managed to do, so congratulations to them. I hope they enjoy the $25. More importantly, I hope people exercise caution and avoid Raging Bull at all costs.

Waiting over a month now to get my winnings. 1500 I went to withdraw and was given the option to do a “express withdrawal”, but Max cash out via this method was 750. It was 8th December… Under my tree looked bare and I thought, 750 would be real handy to give my three kids the Xmas they deserve since their father has been MIA.

Well all documents were aproved on 24th December. Now I have waited for the payments team the verify team all the teams you can think off. I contact them every 4 days asking how it’s going and get told yep waot another 5 business days… One month on, still not any closer to getting my win. Today 4 weeks since I took the express withdrawing option, on a wensite that boasts its “fast withdrawl” on their webpage. Now today they say they don’t accept commonwealth bank of Australia.
Really, cause on 17.12 they sent me a recap of my bank details I gva ethem and they didn’t mention it then or any other time for that matter that I made contact and not once thought to contact me to inform me… No thye waot till 30 mins into a chat today to, after exercising every other excuse in the book through that commonwealth bank delay tactic at me…. So I, whilst in chat, opened up a bank account online then gave my details to them. I asked how long now they have new deats they said they don’t know and can’t comment and I’d be easier if I cancelled wothdrawl and restarted it. Nice try. Delay delay delay. Lie lie lie

Was my favourite casino now I can’t spread the word quick enough. Don’t waste your money. I’ve requested 3 withdrawal since October and received not 1 payment yet.keep getting the run around. No one can tell me when I get paid my winnings.

I requested my withdrawal a month ago sent all the required documents instantly as i know the drill! They got approved as they should. And then i waited a week wondering whats going on? No one in live chat said i need to email 2 different email addresses to receive my funds so i have emailed the payments team and they still haven’t approved my withdrawal because they want my name??? Ok I got 45 dollars and 10 free spins I played up to and over the amount required it was said to be 100.00 max cash out but when I tried it would not take me the entire way to put in my banking info for the withdrawl. So i went back to games and deposit. Wow, took me right to the deposit several times but when trying to withdraw again it would not complete going to that page waiting and i tell ya, I waited a long time for it not to take me but took me right back to games. I join the list of players not paid. approx. 7 weeks ago requested withdrawal nothing but run around asking for info several times. told withdrawal approved 3 or 4 times but still not funds.

I currently have a withdrawal pending now for approximately three months. I have filled out all the verification forms that was required. In fact I have sent them about five times. I spoke to them each time to make sure I have everything they requested. Every time I send the forms they come up to some lame excuses they are not correct.
