Regent Play Review

Regent Play has just a few years of experience behind it, but this Aspire Global operated casino has become a renowned name in that short space of time. The trusted internet casino is the beneficiary of licenses from both the UK Gambling Commission and Malta’s Gaming Authority. Aimed at Scandinavian and UK players (although accepting players from beyond those borders), this international casino accepts several currencies, is playable in a variety of languages and is most definitely mobile-friendly.

Whether you wish to play at the instant play site using the browser on your computer, phone or tablet, quick, rapid-fire gameplay is just a few seconds away. You can find games from top-tier developers and plenty of them to boot. See the other reasons that Regent play stands out in our review of this top casino site.

Regent Play Bonuses and Promotions

Become a new player at Regent play to get your holds on their welcome bonus. This offer provides both casino bonus cash as well as free spins to interested players. The welcome bonus is just the opening gambit from this site, though, with other promos and bonuses to follow. The welcome bonus consists of different match bonuses rewarding from the first to fourth deposit. Check the bonus section above for more details information.

Most of the casino’s additional deals come by way of a rewards program. Every deposit and wager made by players see them earn loyalty points. They can be accumulated to climb a loyalty ladder, and converted into real money. The seven-tier rewards club spans New Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Premium and Prestige membership levels. Each new tier yields fresh rewards, including better comp point redemption rates, birthday bonuses, access to live tournaments, and higher deposit and cashout limits. Also included are personalised bonuses, monthly cashback, faster cashout processes, birthday bonuses and free spins on Sundays, amongst other goodies.

Regent Play Games

Regent Play features games from some of the biggest names in the online gambling industry. Giants such as NetEnt and Play ‘n Go are two of the most recognisable names which will strike a chord with players. However, additional casino games have also been provided by NextGen Gaming, iSoftBet, Barcrest, and half-a-dozen others. You will not be short of things to play.

The types of casino games which await you include table games, online slot machines, classic games, and featured titles. You will also find a game section dedicated to new slot games. The navigational system for games leaves a bit to be desired, though. There are no filters or search criteria you can use save for those already mentioned, and a general search box. If you already know what you want to play, though, you should manage fine. If not, you could end up spending quite a bit of time scrolling through Regent Play several hundred real money games. In the case of the latter, it is worth playing a few of the games for free (which you can do at this casino), to see which types of games might work for you.

While the collection of table games is a far cry from being called extensive, there are still options open to you. Blackjack, roulette and a handful of video poker games form most of the collection. However, oddities such as solitaire can spice things up a touch. No live casino games are currently available, which is a bit of a show, as the casino does have NetEnt software on show.

There is no shortage of quality casino slots to play. Games such as Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest, Rich Wilde and the Tome of Madness, and Hugo 2 are immediately appealing. Also standing at Regent Play are the 7 Sins, Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead, Grim Muerto, and Energoonz slots.

A handful of jackpot slots have been incorporated into the design of Regent Play. However, many of NetEnt’s more prolific progressive jackpot games have sadly been dropped. There is no Mega Fortune, no Hall of Gods, and not even Divine Fortune makes the cut. It is still possible to win a decent jackpot at Regent Play, but the lack of the multi-million-pound paying progressives is a loss, and there is no point denying that.

Banking

Regent Play enables its members to deposit using a plethora of currencies, not least euros, British pounds sterling, New Zealand, Australian, Canadian and US dollars, as well as Norwegian kroner, Swedish kronor and South African rands. The casino supports a variety of deposit methods, including VISA, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, Klarna, Trustly, Skrill, Neteller, EcoPayz, PayPal, Rapid Transfer, Giropay, Interac and a few others. Some options, such as PayPal are only accessible if you live in specific countries such as the UK. All deposit methods (barring Interac) have instant deposit times.

Many of the banking options listed above can also be used to cash out your winnings. Transaction times for withdrawals can vary from 3-8 business days, depending on the cashout method you choose to go with. Some options (such as Paysafecard) cannot be used for withdrawals. Where possible, you should try to use the same currency and banking method for both deposits and withdrawals. There is a low withdrawal cap of seven grand a month at Regent Play, and players will likely need to complete a KYC (know your customer) process before they can withdraw their loot.

Customer Support

In terms of customer support, this internet casino has a handful of options open to members. There is an FAQ (frequently asked questions) page which can prove useful. There is also a general help and assistance page which works in much the same way. Customer support can also be obtained from Regent Play.

If you wish to speak to someone directly, you should opt to use the live chat option. This presents you with a speedier option than e-mail. Customer support is available at Regent Play between 8am and midnight CET, seven days a week. However, fans of telephone support are out of luck at Regent.

Verdict

Regent Play falls somewhere in the middle of our favourite casinos. It lacks many promotions outside of its loyalty club, and it does not feature an extensive array of progressive jackpot games. Indeed, live casino games are absent entirely. However, this is a well-licensed, regulated, and certified casino, it does have top slots to offer and is (so far) known to be a fair and reputable casino to join.
