Major online gambling affiliate program ends CAP association

News on 21 Apr 2009

The astonishingly public and unprofessional management disputes at Casino Affiliate Programs – a community and business organisation for affiliates and programs in the industry – may have gone quiet recently, but the repercussions continue, it appears.
The latest blow for CAP is the exit of one of the largest affiliate outfits, the Casino Rewards/Rewards Affiliates group, which has decided to part ways with the CAP forum.
Reasons were not disclosed in the announcement made by Renee, a manager of the company, but the inevitable speculation will link it to the scandal surrounding CAP earlier this year.
In a farewell message, Renee wrote: “We would like to thank all our loyal and fun affiliates, advertisers and friends who have been with us throughout the years. We look forward to continue working with you guys and will be around at conferences and other forums to carry our relationship forward. Feel free to contact us in one of the following ways: Email: affs@RewardsAffiliates.com, [Renee@RewardsAffiliates.com ], MSN: Renee@CasinoRewards.com.”
The company recently added a new online casino, Casino Action, to its 18 venue strong portfolio.
