New owners for slotpower.com?

A press release emanating from Larnaca, Cyprus this week claims that a new online gaming company named First Gaming Partners has acquired SlotPower.com from its previous private owners for an undisclosed amount.
FGP has also purchased SlotPowerCasino.com from “Free Roll Software of the Netherlands”, CEO Robert Forman disclosed. The announcement generated some confusion, as the Rival-powered SlotPowerCasino.com has previously identified its ownership as Siverstone Overseas, a company based in Folkstone, Kent in England.
“We are very excited about our purchases and our expansion plans,” said Forman. “In addition to Slot Power Casino the company is adding two additional casino brands to its line-up of online gaming sites in the third and fourth quarter of 2009.”
It is understood that Vanguard Casino is one of these, scheduled for launch on August 9th.
In addition to the casino acquisition FirstGamingPartners.com has launched a casino affiliate program site. The marketing program offers new affiliates 50 percent sign up commission during the first two months and 35 percent commission thereafter. “Our conversions will remain excellent since we are committed to welcoming U.S. Players at our casinos,” said Forman.
The program major feature is the fully customisable, private label slot machines. First Gaming Partners allows its partners to set up their own branded or licensed slot machines. Licensed slot machines will earn over riding royalties for license owners. In addition to the royalty sales commissions can be generated by driving players to the slot machine. “We are currently exploring the possibilities for adding licensed slots with ties to 2009 Hollywood blockbusters, such as Transformers 2, Terminator Salvation and Star Trek,” Forman claimed.
