3 Oaks eyes ambitious growth across regulated markets

3 Oaks Gaming, the iGaming industry’s newest provider, has begun operations and signalled its strategic ambitions to become a leading content distributor within the regulated online casino sector.

3 Oaks has been set up to distribute new and existing casino content and marketing tools from established high-value studios, which until now were not present in highly competitive regulated markets.

In the coming weeks, the newly-established company is set to announce the launch of an innovative solution that will add significant value to both operators and game developers.

The iGaming content distributor will be based on the Isle of Man, identifying the region’s Gambling Supervision Commission and its licensing process as the perfect foundation to engineer its expansion into regulated markets. The company is also in the final stages of securing licences to operate from key iGaming jurisdictions including Malta, Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, Sweden and Colombia, aside the existing Isle of Man license.

Established by iGaming industry veterans, 3 Oaks’ operations will be overseen by Managing Director Sebastian Damian, who has held senior positions among some of the sector’s most recognised slot developers.

Commenting on the creation of 3 Oaks, Sebastian Damian said: “This is a proud moment for 3 Oaks and signals our intent to bring quality and responsible casino games to players in regulated markets across the globe.

“There are multiple studios in our industry that produce exciting and innovative content, but have yet to be given an opportunity to operate within regulated markets. 3 Oaks has been founded to provide a platform for these types of games to reach players in regulated jurisdictions.

“We’re excited to begin our journey, and with several licence applications close to being finalised, we’re very much looking forward to building our international footprint over the coming months.”
