32Red trade mark dispute with William Hill

A High Court judgment today confirmed the award of GBP 150 000 in damages to 32Red in respect of its trade mark action against members of the William Hill Group

The damages inquiry ran for six-days before judgment was handed down.

Another hearing will consider the recovery of 32Red’s significant legal costs, previously expensed.
