Amaya Gaming closes private placement

Amaya Gaming Group has closed the private placement of common shares previously announced at the middle of June 2013.

The Private Placement was conducted through a syndicate of underwriters at a price of $6.25 per Common Share for total gross proceeds of around $40 million.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and working capital to assist the company in the implementation of its growth strategy and the expansion of international activities.
