Portsmouth-based gaming developer Arooga is approaching the Social Gambling sector from a different tack, saying its focus lies in switching on a generation of tech-savvy consumers who have never had a wager before rather than converting existing web gamblers to social gaming.

Arooga currently has two slot offerings on Facebook, one themed on the 80’s and the second Vampires. Six more games are reportedly in development and include Camelot-King Arthur’s Quest which is scheduled for release later this month.

Arooga said it will launch real-money play later this year, expanding its offering to include a range of casino, bingo and sportsbetting games.
