Betclic plans 2019 relocation.

French online bookmaker Betclic has confirmed that it is to relocate its offices in 2019 to the newly built ‘Whoorks’ building in Bordeaux’s Bacalan area.

The move will entail the transfer of all 200 Bordeaux employees at the headquarters of the company, who will occupy almost half the 8,000 m2 floor space in the new premises. They will be joined by a further fifty employees the company plans to recruit next year.

It follows the consolidation of Betclic’s London and Paris offices under a single roof in Bordeaux.

Betclic confirmed earlier this week that it has been granted an online sports betting licence in Sweden w.e.f. January 2019.
