Betezy breach of contract allegations

Australian professional rugby league football club the Newcastle Knights (Knights) has reportedly instituted legal action against online gambling firm Betezy claiming non-payment of contractual obligations.

In a three-year sponsorship deal signed in 2009 between Betezy and the Knights, an agreed percentage of every bet placed on knightsbet.au over and above the A$100 000 annual sponsorship fee has gone unpaid according to the Newcastle Herald.
