Luke Alvarez has been named the new chairman of BetVictor, effective December 1 2018.
Alvarez brings deep experience to the board having formed a successful career spanning 28 years, the past eighteen of which spent in the gambling industry.
As Chairman, he will be tasked with enhancing BetVictor’s customer protection, regulatory and compliance programmes in addition to providing strategic direction.
Alvarez is the co-founder of virtual sports and digital gaming firm Inspired Gaming Group, later serving as chief executive officer and president of Inspired Entertainment Inc. following its merger with Hydra Industries Acquisition Corp back in 2016.
