bwin.party buys up more shares

Bwin.Party continued to invest in buying up its own shares for cancellation this week, announcing November 2 that it had purchased another 300,000 shares at an average price of 124.10 pence per share.

Under the current buy-back authority granted by the company’s shareholders on 7 June 2012, Bwin.Party has purchased a total of 4,885,066 shares to date as part of a corporate strategic plan.

The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 812,714,549 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 806,738,909 (total number of shares in issue minus 5,975,640 shares held by the employee Bwin.Party Shares Trust, in respect of which the voting rights have been waived.
