Bwin adds UK and Irish horse racing to offering

Online gaming company bwin has expanded its horse racing line-up by adding sixty UK and twenty-five Irish race tracks to its offering equating to an additional 13 300 races per year.
The company’s horse racing offering launched in October 2010 will now include classic events such as Royal Ascot, the Grand National and the Cheltenham Festival.
The increased portfolio coincides with new betting features at bwin.com including “Quick Tip”, designed to assist rookie customers select a horse and bet with the highest probability of winning.
“Since the launch of horse racing at bwin.com in October 2010 we have continuously extended our racing programme. The enhancement with high quality races from the UK and Ireland is the next logical step and will also lead to a higher number of betting options for our users”, said Stefan Wukovitsch, Section Head Sports Products, bwin.party digital entertainment.
