CG Technology fined for accepting out-of-state wagers

Nevada sportsbook operator CG Technology has settled with the Nevada Gaming Control Board, agreeing to pay a $250,000 penalty for accepting out-of-state wagers in a self-reporting case.

Local media reports observed that this was the third occasion that the company has been in hot water with the regulator; paying a total of $24 million in two previous cases involving infringements of Nevada gabling regulations.
