Contagious Gaming appoint CFO

Canadian platform provider Contagious Gaming has named Craig Loverock as its new chief financial officer and corporate secretary.

Loverock succeeds Adam Kniec, he joins the company having run his own consulting agency for the past eight months.

In related news, Contagious Gaming updated the market on its impending acquisition of Digitote Limited saying it had entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of the company from GmBH Deutschland.

The market report also details progress on an updated version of its GoalTime product which it hopes to launch on Digitote’s proprietary platform in January 2016.
