Cyprus cops move on internet gambling outlets

Police in Limassol, Cyprus conducted raids this week on two internet cafes suspected of running illegal online gambling operations, seizing 72 computers and other documentary evidence.

Officers from the CID, crime prevention unit and the electronic data forensic laboratory raided the two locations, the Cyprus Mail reports.

The owners and employees of the cafés were questioned but not charged as police waited for technical tests to be carried out on the computers to confirm illegal use
