Former AGA exec named as CAMS advisor

Online gambling service provider CAMS LLC has engaged the services of former president and chief executive officer of the American Gaming Association (AGA) Frank Fahrenkopf as an advisor.

“Frank’s considerable political and gaming acumen will be invaluable as we forge ahead in New Jersey and into other states,” said Matthew Katz, chief executive of CAMS. “He wrote the playbook on how industries like ours can mature and expand within the United States.”

The company offers the gaming industry with services such as payment processing, Know Your Customer services, geo-location, and fraud management.

“CAMS is the backbone of the nascent internet gambling industry because they value trust, innovation and regulation,” said Fahrenkopf. “Internet Gambling is no longer an aberration; it is a robust industry that requires strong leadership and guidance. I look forward to fulfilling a key role for CAMS.”

The adivsory services of another key figure in the gaming industry, former Nevada Gaming Board Chairman, Mark Lipparelli were secured by CAMS in October 2013
