F.S.B. TECHNOLOGY SIGNS UP BIT8
FSB Technology (UK) Ltd has agreed to integrate its fully-managed sports betting solution into Bit8, a fast growing gaming platform provider.

Bit8 clients who take the service from FSB Tech will benefit from in-play and pre-game betting opportunities across more than 20 sports.

FSB Tech has developed the first modern, proprietary sports betting platform to be launched in a decade, a spokesman claimed Monday.

The fully-managed service covers the entire sports betting operation from handling live data from the stadium all the way through to providing a bespoke marketing message to an individual customer.

FSB Tech already provides the service to Genting and to The Guardian newspaper (see previous reports).

The sports betting platform includes an automation layer to manage raw data feeds, proprietary live price models, bet acceptance and risk management software and customisable CRM and marketing campaign tools.

The sports betting platform is operated as a fully-managed service and greatly reduces the cost and labour required to participate in the regulated sports betting market.

Malta-based Bit8 has signed on a significant number of new customers in recent months and offers an advanced bonus system that works across multiple product verticals and wallet integration. The data mining and player segmentation, coupled with an artificial intelligence rule engine and CRM add-ons maximise retention and the overall player lifetime value.

David McDowell, co-founder and CEO of FSB Tech, said Monday: “We’ve developed the industry’s most technically advanced sportsbook platform in the market today, while Bit8 has developed a modern, product agnostic platform complete with highly advanced CRM tools.

“Combining our strengths will allow Bit8 licensees to offer comprehensive sports betting service with the industry’s best campaign management tools. Creating a single view of the customer’s activity across sports and casino is an unbeatable combination.”

Commenting on the deal for Bit8, Angelo Dalli, CEO, said:  “We have seen a real demand for a fully-managed sports betting service from our licensees. When we met the FSB team it was immediately obvious that their modern sports betting technology would work well on our product agnostic platform. FSB are in line with our thinking that the industry is ready to migrate away from legacy platforms. This partnership makes great commercial sense, it strengthens our position as a platform supplier and improves FSB’s distribution opportunities.”
