Gambling test company expands with new acquisition

The Gaming Labs International group of companies has acquired SLI Global Solutions (SLI), a specialist quality assurance and software testing service for an undisclosed consideration.

A company spokesman said Tuesday: “With this acquisition, SLI Global Solutions and GLI combine to form one of the largest organizations with a singular focus on software testing and quality assurance worldwide.”

GLI president and CEO James Maida, commenting on the acquisition deal, said that SLI has long been recognised as a leader in government solutions; testing for certification of health IT, and voting system certification testing; software testing and quality assurance.
