GAMOMAT lands hat-trick of Great Place to Work® competition awards

GAMOMAT, one of Germany’s leading iGaming development studios, was honoured with three titles at yesterday’s Great Place to Work® ceremony for its exceptional performance in creating innovative and appealing working conditions.

The three placements in the categories Best Employer Berlin-Brandenburg with place 2, Best Employer ITK with place 8 and Best Employer Small Medium-Sized Business with place 8 are a great award for GAMOMAT and builds further momentum from the successes earlier this year.

GAMOMAT has already been certified as “Great Place to Work 2021” due to the lived values and the associated corporate culture. Through these latest awards, GAMOMAT also has shown itself as an outstanding employer and a benchmark to other companies.

“We are very proud – not only of the placements, but above all of the fact that we have been able to credibly deliver on our value proposition in the eyes of our team. The awards in the Great Place to Work® competition confirm that we are on the right track with our work on a value-oriented corporate culture. For us, they are an incentive for further projects that are already in the starting blocks”, says Alexandra Krone, Chief People Officer of GAMOMAT Development GmbH.

Dependable lived values always rely on teamwork. With this in mind, GAMOMAT has been focusing on joint growth and shared values for several years now. The investment in talent, relationships and the continuous professional and personal development of our employees form the core of our corporate culture.

“The award represents a workplace culture that is highly characterized by trust, pride and team spirit,” says Andreas Schubert, Managing Director at the Great Place to Work® Institute.

GAMOMAT is already planning new projects to further develop the corporate culture in a steady and future-oriented manner.
