Gzira United nets new main sponsor

Sports betting company Tipbet has been named new main sponsor of the Maltese Premier League football team Gzira United for the duration of the 2016/17 season.

Under the terms of the deal Tipbet will enjoy prominent branding on Gzira United’s match shirts along with significant opportunities at the Malta National Stadium, title rights and a strong visual presence across Gzira properties.

Commenting on the deal, Bahadir Malkoc, managing director of Tipbet said: “As an internationally active enterprise with our operational base situated in Gzira, Malta and a Maltese MGA Class 2 license for sports betting, we are very happy in emphasising our local ties by becoming the main sponsor of Gzira United.”
