LeoVegas to apply for Spanish online licensing

Hot in the heels of its announcement earlier this week that it has applied for a Swedish online gambling licence, mobile gambling company LeoVegas has confirmed that it has also set its sights on the Spanish market.

Philip Doftvik, head of corporate finance and investor relations at LeoVegas said Monday: “Our strategy is to expand in regulated markets and markets that are soon to be regulated, new product categories and to carry out strategic and complementary acquisitions.

“This means that we constantly looking to enter new markets. For example, we believe Spain is particularly interesting.”
