The Ukrainian online gambling games developer Lucky Labs has announced that it is to collaborate with Malta-based games developer Playson in a deal that will see the two companies support each other’s games and initiate joint products to produce “innovative gaming solutions to the industry.”

Both companies produce suites of desktop and mobile games and will work closely together, jointly developing as many as 40 Flash and HTML5 games. In addition, more ambitious online gambling operators, who wish to build a bespoke product offering, will be able to benefit from the custom game design facilities of the two companies.

A statement Thursday revealed that the two companies have already worked together in the past and have produced a number of titles, such as Double Joker Poker, Gold Rush and Happy Jungle.

Russian IT entrepreneurs, Sergey Tokarev and Rustam Gilfanov, who co-founded Lucky Labs, reveal in the statement their company has already established successful partnerships with various key gaming and marketing technology companies, but is still looking to continue its expansion into the international markets by joining forces with companies that provide quality solutions in the online gambling sector.

Established in 2006, Lucky Labs has expanded and currently offers over 100 game titles. Playson is four years old and has a staff of 250.
