Mangas acquires skill games developer

MANGAS ACQUIRES SKILL GAMES DEVELOPER
Purchase price not disclosed in French deal
The French company OCTO Technology has confirmed the sale of its multiplayer games development subsidiary, MassiveBrainGames to online gambling group Mangas Gaming for an undisclosed sum.
Paris-based Mangas and OCTO have furthered their business relationship in an agreement to develop an online skill games platform specifically designed for Mangas’ skill game players.
The Mangas group includes BetClic, Bet-At-Home and Everest Poker and Expekt.
