Prolific online gaming software firm Microgaming is seeking the leaders of the future with the launch of its eGaming apprenticeship scheme.

This programme offers an invaluable opportunity for bright, enthusiastic individuals looking to develop a career in eGaming.

Applicants, whether graduate or not, are invited to attend an informal Apprenticeship Open Evening on December 7, 2016 at the company headquarters in Douglas on the Isle of Man.

The apprenticeship programme is a structured, two-year accelerated learning induction to all areas of business, enabling candidates to gain broad company experience and specialist eGaming training.

This includes working with the product and technology team, along with the customer service, account management and games team over the programme duration.

Candidates will have the opportunity to travel to various locations internationally during the apprenticeship to extend their business knowledge in the industry.

“Our apprenticeship programme is a great opportunity for those looking to form a career in the gaming industry, but do not yet know where their skills fully lie,” explains Leila Ashton, director of human resources at Microgaming.

“Candidates will learn a variety of business skills in a fast-paced and complex environment.

“We encourage anyone who believes they are the right fit for the programme to register their interest – we really want to hear from you!”

Candidates can register their interest for more information on the program by emailing apprentices@microgaming.co.uk with a name and contact details.
